Paid Seminar- Organizers for the event on 06th of Oct 2019

§ Job Description:

 

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all attendees at the seminar.

​

You will have to organize the event. The jobs will be distributed among all organizers. Some will be at the reception, some will be welcoming everyone at the gate, some will be inside the seminar hall.

 

The job is for 6 to 7 hours approximately on the day of the event.

Full job description will be given at the interview and on the day of the event.

§ Job Pre-Requisite:

 

You will have to be very friendly, energetic and helpful to everyone participating in the seminar.

 

You must be a current student. Preferable studying in a university.

 

You must have friendly and open personality and be able to work under pressure.

You must be well spoken in Bangla.

 

The preferable candidate should be fluent in English.
 

You must be between 18 and 26 years old.

You must be punctual and sincere.
 

 

§ Obligation:

 

You must follow all instructions given to you.

 

You must arrive on time. It is only a 6 to 7 hours of event and you have to participate and work till the event finishes.

 

We will try to finish the event as it is scheduled. But if it continues for longer period of time for any reasons that we couldn't predict, you will have to still stay till the event finishes.

The date can be changed slightly, but you will be notified earlier.

§ Remuneration:

You will be paid 1,000 BDT at the end of the event.

​
