Education Advisor- Bangladesh Branch- Part Time

 

§ Job Description:

 

You will be responsible for answering all queries coming to our office regarding foreign university application via Admissionboard online portal.

 

You will have to have complete knowledge about university entry requirements, university application process, visa application process and documents preparation for application processes. Previous experience in this field is an advantage but if you don't have it, we will still consider your application if you are eager to learn.

 

The job is part time, 4 days every week, 6 hours per day without any break time. Working hours are flexible.

 

You will need to write social Media contents.

You will need to help develop program databases for our platform. This will include data entry. Training will be provided.

​

You will also have to maintain Facebook ad campaign, answer queries via our Facebook Business page.

​

You will be required to perform some office duties such as making appointments with student and parents when they would visit the office for advice or pay the university application fees, scan their documents and print out receipts.

​

You will need to participate in video production for social media or youtube. If necessary, you will need to interview students, university representatives and attend seminars and exhibitions when Admissionboard will be participating. You will need to be able to work with Adobe premiere pro, Adobe after effects, Adobe photoshop. If you do not have previous experience you will be trained to use these programs.

§ Job Pre-Requisite:

 

You must live in Mirpur or Uttara area. Applicants living outside Mirpur or Uttara area are not eligible to apply.
 

You must be fluent in English. English Medium students will be given privileges.

 

You must be between 18 and 32 years old.

​

You must have completed at least 12 years of education. University graduates will be given privileges.

​

You must be punctual, sincere and eager to learn.

​

 

§ Terms and Condition:

 

Full terms and condition will be given once you are successful with your application.

 

There is a probation period of 3 months. During these 3 months if you wish to leave the organisation, you must give 2 weeks notice.

§ Remuneration:

​

You will be paid 8,500 BDT at the end of every month for the first 3 months (probation period). After the probation period, the salary will be increased to 10,000 BDT every month.

§ Application Procedure:

 

Stage 1-

 

Fill up the application. Upload your CV. If you are selected you will be contacted on your mobile number to give a phone interview.

 

Stage 2-

An online interview will be taken where you will be assessed further for your English proficiency and other aspects to determine your suitability for the job. You will be allowed to ask any questions at this stage.

Stage 3-

​

A final face to face interview will be taken at our Mirpur branch office in Dhaka before the job contract is given.

​

You will be working at our permanent Mirpur Branch office which is located at 1/1, Road-7, Block-D, Mirpur-6, Dhaka-1216. The office is 10 minutes walk from Sher-E-Bangla Cricket Stadium at Mirpur-2.
